Habitat for Humanity of Marion County, Iowa, envisions a world where everyone has a safe and affordable place to live.
We bring together individuals, businesses and cities to build and repair homes in our community. Since 1997, Habitat has built and sold more than 65 houses to eligible families with a zero-interest mortgage and down payment assistance. And recently, we have started doing critical repairs to keep houses safe for our neighbors throughout Marion County.

New Home Construction
Each year, Habitat for Humanity builds quality homes throughout Marion County, Iowa, then sells them to hardworking families and individuals with an affordable mortgage and down payment assistance.
Critical Home Repair
Marion County homeowners in need of a major repair may find the help they need through Habitat for Humanity’s Critical Home Repair program. A variety of repairs are available.
